What is the status of my order?

Can I modify my order?

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the status “preparing to ship”, “shipping” or “delivering”, we will not be able to accept any modifications to your order.

Do you offer the 3 or 4-time payment option?

How long does it take to ship my order?

What if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

– The item must have been sold in our online store

– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

Are returns free?

Return shipping is free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not a result of a craftedbloom.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 15 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 7 days of your return being accepted by our services.
